Pharmacy Technician Student Roxanne D. Brown with her husband, Calvin R. Brown
Remington College – Fort Worth Campus held their biannual “Bring a Friend to School Day” on Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Students were excited to introduce their friends and family to their instructors and to explain and demonstrate what they’ve learned in their programs thus far.
Pharmacy Technician student Roxanne Brown brought her husband Calvin Brown. “It’s amazing just to see what Roxanne learns each day. She tells me about class, but seeing what she does has made me realize that it’s pretty difficult, and I’m proud of her,” said Calvin.

Medical Assisting with X-Ray Student Katherine Gertz with her husband, Ryan Ingram
“I came with my wife, Katherine,” said Ryan Ingram. Katherine Gertz is a Medical Assisting with X-Ray student scheduled to graduate in December 2011. “I think I came on the wrong day,” he joked, adding, “Her class was learning about pregnancy, and it’s all gross.”
Katherine and Ryan spent time in the medical assisting lab learning about proper techniques and procedures. “He helps me study with flash cards when I come home every night. He’s my real support system,” said Katherine.

Medical Assisting with X-Ray Student Gina Marcuccino with her boyfriend, Abe Biel
Medical Assisting with X-Ray student Gina Marcuccino took the opportunity to show her boyfriend Abe Biel around the Campus. “She never stops amazing me,” said Abe. “I’m so proud of her.”
